The AI Driver controls every aspect of the game, spawning every enemy, directing each boss, and placing every weapon, gadget, and health kit, creating an infinitely-replayable game.

The Anacrusis features an astounding arsenal of classic sci-fi weapons, from stasis grenades to the laser rifle. The game also has matter compilers that spread throughout the game, providing dozens of perks that can change the way you play. The first season of the game follows the story of four unlikely survivors who are unwilling combatants in the battle to defend humanity from the alien menace. The game also supports mods, which are created by community members, and players can join the Discord for updates and conversation about mod support.
